On 02/25/2020 I filed an online complaint against this firm at Miami-Dade.gov as they refuse to fix the vanity and storage shelves I purchased with my Master Card on 01/20/2020 claiming that is what I had ordered. If I wanted fixing, they insisted to return the furniture, already installed in my bathroom, and pay for the difference for materials and labor. The order was misinterpreted and the design failed to include a left side melamine panel of the vanity and the shelves show exposed wood. I paid my contractors separately to pick up the furniture. No release form was provided.

On 03/09/2020 my husband received a threatening call indicating they were coming with the police to collect their furniture. About an hour or so later they called me for I am the person who signed the contract and paid in full with my MasterCard. They threatened with a lawyer to file charges against me for extortion, fraud and theft claiming I reversed the credit card payment of $1,893.90 constituting theft of their property. They also insulted me by stating I don't know the laws of this country. They refused to come pick up their furniture or negotiate solving the problem at hand by sending their contractor to install the missing panel.

My husband and I have been unnecessarily bullied, insulted and threatened by these people who refuse to provide good customer service. I appeal to the Revdex.com for judicial representation and intervene in this impasse as the firm refuses to listen or negotiate a favorable solution.

I am willing to return the three pieces if this resolves immediately. Else, I release the full payment except the refund of parts and labor for the missing panel. I am currently selling my home and need to repair the bathroom ASAP.

This is the first time I have experienced unprofessional, rude behavior from a merchant having been called a thief and extortioner. As a consumer, the laws of my country and current home state protect my rights.

Desired Outcome

Repair As mentioned above, install the missing part AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. The furniture has been paid for in full. If this case takes longer than March, i request refund for parts and labor costs incurred. Thank you.

To Whom this may concern,

Mrs, *** placed an order for manufacturing of bathroom vanity with side cabinet along with LED mirror and faucet on Jan 1,2020. Our products are built according to our customers request which they sign and approve. Attached find copies of sales Invoice signed by ***, She did not paid for delivery services as she stated in the complaint. Our staff is always willing to help our customers with any problem they might have with the product. We in fact spoke with Mr. *** Husband) and did gave him a solution but Mr *** was screaming over the phone threatening to cancel the order after it was delivered and installed. They also contacted the credit card company for a chargeback of the full order which was debited from the account on March 9th 2020, we contacted and ask them to return th merchandise but Mr. *** Husband ) stetted that said merchandise was already installed in he's bathroom, and if we wanted we need it to go to he's house remove ourself. We also contacted *** but she stated that we didn't have proof of her picking up the merchandise. We contacted the police and filed a claim ( Find documents attached)

They are more than welcome to pass by our store and order a side panel to cover the exposed wood which initially was requested with a filler. See invoice attached.

The merchant offers me to pick up and install a missing part. I am not a carpenter. I do not know how to install the missing part. I've requested in good faith for THEM to install the piece when it is safe to do so. No response from the merchant. My credit card unfortunately reversed the held amount. The merchant has no interest whatsoever in providing fair customer service. I will fix the issue with another merchant.

ECO BATH is not responsible for installations, Whoever did her installation should know that the expose side is against the wall not visible.
Customer is more than welcome to pick up a Panel FREE of charge.

Yes, I accept. My husband will pick up the missing piece or pieces. The original photos show the exposed wood. It was never intended to go against the wall. This was a misunderstanding by the store. I need either one piece to cover the exposed wood or two pieces at 2 in wide x 27 3/8 in long and the second at 15 in wide x 27 3/8 in long. And an additional white strip adhesive to cover the slender boarder about 0.5 in x 27 3/8 long. The store has the original design. They have the exact dimensions to fix the furniture. Their guidance is much appreciated. See attached photos of the exposed wood, please. Please let us know when my husband may pick them up from the store. Thank you for your assistance.
