My deepest apologies to Ms*** I've investigated this matter and it seems my dispatch team did indeed put Ms [redacted] on hold a number of times in order to look up and confirm her order My dispatch team should've communicated more clearly with Ms***, and certainly with greater patience and courtesy especially since her company is an important travel partner for EcoCab They (the whole morning shift team) have been coached and I will monitor their performance more carefully Again my deepest apologies to Ms [redacted] and her company for my teams failure David

This cab service is a marketing scam for wheelchair accessible transportationMy wife and I went to Honolulu and had talked to EcoCab many times to make sure we had a reservation to pick us up at the airport and take us to the hotelWe had a confirmation number and a scheduled o’clock pickupI am paralyzed and unable to transfer into a cab and need a van with liftWhen we arrived at the airport we called EcoCab and they said minutesWe waited minutes and called again - and again they said minutesWe called more times and were put on hold for extended amounts of time and given different excuses every timeAfter hours of waiting and my wife in tears we were finally told the driver was doing a tour on the east side of the island and it would be another hoursWe finally had airport staff pick me up and put me in a regular taxi causing bruises and scratches on my hips and arms, not to mention the humiliation of being treated like a parcel product in front of many other tourist waiting on their taxi These people don’t care about your special needs and I doubt if they have any ADA accessible transportation at allPlease stay away from this fraudulent company

This cab service is a marketing scam for wheelchair accessible transportation. My wife and I went to Honolulu and had talked to EcoCab many times to make sure we had a reservation to pick us up at the airport and take us to the hotel. We had a confirmation number and a scheduled 2 o’clock pickup. I am paralyzed and unable to transfer into a cab and need a van with lift. When we arrived at the airport we called EcoCab and they said 10 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and called again - and again they said 10 minutes. We called 20 more times and were put on hold for extended amounts of time and given different excuses every time. After 2 hours of waiting and my wife in tears we were finally told the driver was doing a tour on the east side of the island and it would be another 2 hours. We finally had airport staff pick me up and put me in a regular taxi causing bruises and scratches on my hips and arms, not to mention the humiliation of being treated like a parcel product in front of many other tourist waiting on their taxi. These people don’t care about your special needs and I doubt if they have any ADA accessible transportation at all.
Please stay away from this fraudulent company.

I appreciate Mr. Jung's prompt reply, and have attempted to call his reservations and corporate office on several occasions to resolve this issue and have received no response.  I have left several messages on their answering service to please return my call to no avail. If Mr. Jung can provide a point of contact or a manager for me to be able to reach him in situations such as this it would be of great help.  Thanks for taking the time and assisting with this matter.
