Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I understand that high heat could cause windshield to get damaged when there are cracks, however there were no cracks when I went though the washI have been though Eco Wash many times with my car and I've never had any issues before until nowAs you can see in the images something did hit my windshield making is split down the middleIt is very frustrating when the business ignores your calls and refuses to answer any questions or even return a simple callI am very disappointed in how bad the customer service is at Eco Wash Sincerely,*** ***

Dear Revdex.com,We researched this claim, and found that there was nothing in the car wash that could have caused the flat tire. We didn't have any flat tire claims before this, and haven't had any flat tire claims since.The flat tire was caused by something other than our car

Although we strive to make every customer 100% satisfied, in this situation, our research has indicated that the damage to the vehicle was not due to negligence on our partThe vehicle’s history report does not comply with our disclaimer, which is clearly posted at each locationThe vehicle must be in good condition, one year after factory warranty. This company did not review anything. After several attempts on my part to contact them they have yet to even respond to my complaint. I even went back to the location twice to file a complaint and the employees were nothing but rude and would not help me. The number they have given for contact goes to voice-mail and no one will call me back. This company and the way they treat their customers is disgusting. Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,When a customer goes through our car wash, they are in total control of their vehicle.  If a customer thinks they are getting too close to the vehicle in front of them, all they have to do it hit their brakes, and their car will stop.  The wash will not continue to push you...

forward if you have your foot on the brake.  Unfortunately, an incident between cars in the tunnel is considered a car accident, just like an accident on the street.  If a vehicle would have hit Ms. [redacted] and done damage, they would have been responsible for her repairs.  From the pictures taken by our staff, there was no damage to the truck in front of Ms. [redacted], and the truck in front of Ms. [redacted] did not hit the vehicle in front of it.We believe we are not responsible for the damage to Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle.Thank you.

washes use soft brushes throughout, so there is nothing in our wash that could break a windshield.  The issue is that the weather was in the 90's when he went through our wash, and our water is not heated, it is cool.  When you have a windshield that is heated to 90 degrees or above, and cool water hits it, any small chip, ding or flaw in that windshield has the chance of cracking.  We had no other claims for cracked windshields before or after Mr. [redacted].  We also have clearly visible signs posted at our car wash, stating "Body kits, windshields, bug guards, bike racks and all aftermarket or previously damaged parts are the responsibility of the customer."  For these reasons, the car wash is not responsible Mr. [redacted]'s windshield. A Check was sent out to the customer. We also attempted to call the customer to confirm their address. This customer is not justified in rejecting this response as we have call, sent a letter and paid the customer based on the quote provided from the customer. We have tried our best to work with this customer and resolve the issue the customer felt they had at our facility. We feel we have done everything within our power to resolve this issue personally with this customer. This customer has not contacted us regarding the payment other than through the Revdex.com. The customer was provided all of our contact information when the Customer Service Record was requested and giving to the customer.
