Dear BBB,When a customer goes through our car wash, they are in total control of their vehicle. If a customer thinks they are getting too close to the vehicle in front of them, all they have to do it hit their brakes, and their car will stop. The wash will not continue to push you... forward if you have your foot on the brake. Unfortunately, an incident between cars in the tunnel is considered a car accident, just like an accident on the street. If a vehicle would have hit Ms. [redacted] and done damage, they would have been responsible for her repairs. From the pictures taken by our staff, there was no damage to the truck in front of Ms. [redacted] , and the truck in front of Ms. [redacted] did not hit the vehicle in front of it.We believe we are not responsible for the damage to Ms. [redacted] 's vehicle.Thank you.
