I came out to install a R.Osystem on 10/13/that Mr*** provided and had asked me to installI had made him aware at the time that It would have been better if I had provided the unit being that if any issues were to arise that I would warranty any defects with the product if I
provided itWe agreed at the time to go ahead and move forward with the R.Osystem that he had providedI performed the install with no problems what so everWhen I completed the install I turned the water on to the unit and it began to do it's regeneration process which is and I told Mr*** to give the unit until the following morning for it to stop regenerating. Where the problem lies is that the unit never stopped regenerating which is a defect from the factory and had nothing to do with the quality or functionality of the work I didWhen I tried numerous times to explain to Mr*** that his issue was with the manufacture/equipment and that I could not perform a repair for free he simply "flew off the handle" and immediately started using profanity and threatsHe did not allow me to have a wordAlthough I'm very sorry that the job had turned out this way I am positive that I performed the installation correctly and that the product that Mr*** had purchased was defective
