I am rejecting this response because:When we called to see when they will remove the mold one guy said they removed the mold and their job at my house was done. The mold hasn't even been touched. Another issue is they walked into my house uninvited to remove their dehumidifer I drove up to my house as they were leaving by no means is that acceptable. By them saying I was home for that I have witnesses that were in the car with me that saw them exiting my house when I wasn't home. The cops were called due to it but the people drive off before the cops showed up. We paid for mold to be removed and that hasn't happened. Regards, [redacted] ***

Good morningAs one of the owners of ECO Disaster Services, LLC, I wanted to let you know that we take the issue of customer service very seriously and welcome you to reach out to me directly at anytimeWe have never had a complaint, and will strive to improve on any issues that you may be
dissatisfied with. Looking further into your complaint, I completely understand our frustration and wish to work together in resolving itI would like to apologize that it appears my team has errored on staying in direct contact with youThe week of your scheduling, we had a large amount of water damage claims and unfortunately, this led to them being late for your original appointmentAs stated during your initial onsite inspection and estimate, with the amount of building materials damaged at your residence; we could only write to remove, treat, and discard what we could seeAny further work, remediation, and/or reconstruction would have to be reinspected and written once the initial removal was completeYour estimate (attached) was written to remove these damaged items only(Line item states hourly charges to remove and discard affected building materials.) Once demolition was complete, our team indicated that there was a high level of moisture present and placed a dehumidifier, at no further cost to you, to assist in controlling and removing this moistureUpon our return, our team member indicated that the area of concern no longer needed the equipment and therefore removed itBoth team members on the crew state that you were contacted that morning and that you were out front speaking to one of them when the equipment was removedThe dumpsters are allocated for the removal of damaged building materials and at times will get used for several projectsAgain, my apologies for not communicating this to you priorIt has never been an issue in the past though we will look to update our policy regarding their use and the communication of such to our clients. Your initial estimate was in the amount of $of which you made payments totaling $ We are willing to remove further charges on your estimate and close the matter on our end however, I cannot refund the entire amount as work has been performed and the damaged building materials has been removed as per our original estimateShould you wish to further discuss the matter, please feel free to communicate here or reach me directly at ###-###-####.Thank you,Curtis T***

Good morning. We are in the process of resolving this complaint through the assigned attorneys now. We have in the past asked that we be in contact with the owners in effort to complete the project and was told that we could not be in contact with them. I will update this week any further...

information received.

Eco Disaster and I agreed over the phone in principle but until the new door is in and my contractor is...

reimbursed it would be to premature to close this complaint.    After that is done I will gladly state that I am finally satisfied.  To many issues in the past to just ok and move on.[redacted]

Again, our apologies that you feel the way that you do. As stated previously; your estimate, as attached was written and included a line item note to remove and discard of damaged building material. The clip shown during the response clearly shows that the building materials were removed and discarded as written. As an estimator, we cannot write to repair, remediate, or perform mitigation services on surfaces we cannot see during the initial inspection. We have offered to remove the remaining balance of $1989.38 in an effort to resolve the situation.
