We contacted US Outdoor Product,ordered fencing and sent payment of approx half of the amount of order in August We were told that we would receive within a couple of weeks.I repeatedly asked for receipt(which I never received)and we continually had to call and e-mail and text without response as to why we had not received our fencingThey finally delivered fencing but no gates in AugustThe said they would get gates to us right awayThey insisted on payment of balance and said they would send me receiptAs of today(2/7/2019) I have had no response and no receiptI even said to ship gates and I would pay shipping! No responseThese people seem nice but they are not to be trustedI asked for the money I paid to be credited back to my card but of course that did not happen eitherI consider this to be the same as stealingI have never written a review but want others to beware of this company and how they do business
