Eco Elements

Last September, I had a new roof installed on my home. Previouisly, I had never had attic vents and now I have 6 going accross my roof. The result was a beautiful new roof and an extremely cold (soon to be very hot) house. I called several insulation companies as I knew I needed to upgrade the insulation or roast this summer. TJ came by for an inspection and when he took the temperature of my attic, it was already 126 degrees (and it was only 69 outside). TJ was the only insulation expert I had spoken to that actually sounded like he knew what he wast talking about. I decided on their "reflective" insulation.
Within 2 days, they showed up for the installation. They got the job done in about 8 hours - which included removing a bunch of ductwork and other garbage left over from my old swamp cooler, which was a huge bonus.
Now I have to be honest - for about a week, I had considerable buyer's remourse. I was second-guessing myself and wondering if I should have just had somebody spray-in some insulation and call it good. I figured I allowed myself to "be sold" on something I didn't really need because I liked TJ and his crew. The price was considerabley higher than the spray-in insulation. I couldn't have been more wrong; I knew I made the right decision the first day we turned on our air conditioning. Our house is 500% more comfortable now WITHOUT the air conditioner continually running. I frequently myself getting cold and having to adjust the thermostat UP instead down because the AC is so much more efficient.
I whole-heartedly recommend Eco Elements and the reflective insulation. I'm confident that the insulation will pay for itself very quickly because of the much lower electric and gas bills I will be getting. This is already evident in my elecric bill - can't wait to see how much lower my gas bill will be.

We had a great experience working with Eco Elements and the work they did.

TJ explained everything very thoroughly, He took many pictures of the attic. Some of our rafters were starting to split from the heat. (They corrected this) We decided to have the solar powered fan installed which is making a big difference. The Multi Layered Insulation is very impressive. Eco Elements also put this insulation on my garage door and we are so impressed with the difference it makes. Johnny and Rob did a great job. Very clean, professional and personable. I would recommend Eco Elements to everyone.

Our sales rep was amazing!!! He answered all of our questions and helped us understand what we needed to improve our home. I have had their products in my home for a while now and it has improved my health and my energy cost. I recommend them to everyone that is trying to save on energy costs.

Wes , representing Eco Elements, did a review of the Energy needs for our house. He told me he would e mail me some photographs that he claimed he took when he was in my attic, By Himself. This was several weeks ago and I still have to receive these pics.
Next, he, Joe and someone named TJ or JJ, all informed me that I would receive a $ 50 Home Depot Gift card for allowing Eco Elements to do my Energy review. I have not received this and it is 3 weeks gone by now.

So we bought solar panels a while ago and went through a whole bunch of issues with getting it installed which isn't Energy Squared's fault. However now that we are to the billing phase of the solar panels we are finding out that we were majorly swindled. During our initial sales visits they went over a lot of numbers with us saying that our overall price would be around 120-135 a month. Roughly the same price as our utility bill. Now that we are at the part where we have to start paying, the financing company they put us with is saying it will end up costing us around $850-$1000 a month at 24.99% interest. We were majorly lied too and swindled out of our money.

Living on the upper floor of my home has been really unbearable with the heat in the summer time. Sometimes it gets over 100 degrees, and I just couldn’t handle the heat for one more summer. I was trying to find something that would be cost effective and energy efficient and these guys did an really great job for me! I was hesitant to spend a lot of money, but it really paid off and the best part is that I don’t have to pay any extra now for electrical in my utilities.

Great experience with Energy Squared and T J S as our information and sales representative. My spouse and I responded to the informational invitation and were impressed with E Squared approach to employ several home energy conservation upgrades prior to considering only solar. We were also impressed with their demonstration of the science behind their products. Mr. S not only rendered an excellent, no-pressure information session, but also was very personable and flexible in his response to our follow-up requests. The company offered significant in making financial arrangements on the products we chose to install. Install, led by a gentleman named Rob, was polite, informative about more details of the technology being installed in our home, very efficient in his work and supervision of additional workers on the install team. T J S also made a point of spending time at our house during two installation sessions to ensure that we were satisfied with progress and finished work. We have made of point of recommending Energy Squared and T J S to local family and our local realtor contacts. A+ in our opinion!
