I am rejecting this response because:I am fully aware the flowers were deliveredThat is my problem, they were delivered the day before my wedding at 8pmResulting in them being unusable, since I was expecting them 7-days before my date as per the attachment on the emailed receiptI had to get other flowers because you had no communication with me to let me know they were comingI expect some compensation for your lack of care and professionalism regarding what should be the happiest time of my life.

I am rejecting this response because: there is only a charge back after months of not hearing back from your business after many many attempts to get ahold of anyone on your end.I have contacted my credit card company to unauthorized that charge made back in March given your unprofessionalism as well as lack of product being delivered or given an explanation about it.You did not solve anythingMy bank didFurthermore, you chose to only reply to me once I have made a complaint on Revdex.com instead of replying to my emails and phone calls the past months.Please make sure to get back to MY BANK instead of posting a reply here so that I can get my money backThanks
