I am rejecting this response because: The basis of this complaint was not to receive my order (which they indicate will not be delivered until January 2nd, though this is likely a typo) I had asked their advertising for timeliness be addressed and corrected on their website, which was not mentioned or addressed in their message.This was not my first order with this businessThe average time for receipt, in my experience, is weeks from order date.

I am rejecting this response because:This company has the WORST customer service I have ever seenThey told me that they were waiting on supplies to be delivered in order to make my order and that was days prior to my weddingThere was no guarantee that it would make it in timeI could never get in touch with them and most of their emails seemed to be automatic responsesIf I had a guarantee from the company that my flowers would have made it on time I would never have canceled my order it filed a complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:Again this is not a solution to the problem and I will not stop until you have corrected it and understand how better business practices could have avoided this whole situationI was told by one of your reps about sending me bouquets and I would have to take them apart and that would be fine however your company feels like it would cost them too much money to do that even though you have no concern or compassion for what this is costing me or the situation you have stuck me inAgain an empty aology is not going to fix this...hopefully this time I've made that clear and when you respond you actually respond with a solution not another empty apology!
