I am rejecting this response because: the company emailed me to state: "Hi ***, Thank you for reaching out to usI sincerely apologize for the delay on your orderWe have experienced a major increase in sales that it caused us to get behindWe've been doing everything necessary to get caught upSo if you'd like to bear with us a bit longer I will give your order to our express team who will help get it shipped out asapI cannot give an exact date but as soon as it does ship you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you'll definitely know when it happensIf there is anything else we can do for you please contact us anytimeThank you so much for your time and patience,Best,Kaitlyn" My immediate reply back was to ask for a full refunddays later they sent me an email with a tracking number that never tracked and didn't answer their phone or respond to another email asking when I could expect my full refundI did eventually receive the product but did not get the resolution I asked for and still can't reach a live person in the company.

I am rejecting this response because: Before the last e-mail I sent to you that you are referencing I sent two other previous e-mails saying to cancel the order and refund my money. The order was supposed to be to me in June, then it was moved back to October. After I had not received the order on the date your company said it would be delivered I had to reach out to you. I asked for the order to be canceled multiple times and my money be refunded, but the order was shipped anyway. Why would I keep e-mailing you after my previous wishes had been ignored and the order had already been shipped?
