I am rejecting this response because: I am still waiting on a refund for both ordersNo one has responded to the "[email protected]" email and I haven't seen them credit me backNow the wedding department is claiming they already shipped my order - which is convenient even though I received no shipment confirmation and the number I just got is going to be delivered only days before my wedding and is completely useless but you want me to pay to send it back? Your company has got to be kidding at this pointPlease refund me, BOTH orders immediately.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Please note that Ecoflower is attempting to save face by saying that my order shipped before the complaint was received This is categorically untrue and future potential customers should be aware of their business practices I have researched other complaints from other customers and it often takes a formal complaint to get an order completed and shipped I will not EVER order from them again and will warn others not to do business with them either!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as it fulfills my requestI appreciate the explanation of the cost.I did note that the business neglected to acknowledge certain specifics of my complaint, such as the unanswered phone callsA more satisfactory response would have included a written commitment to improve their customer service so that my experience is not repeated with other customersI do hope that EcoFlower reviews their business practices, particularly with regard to their customer service efforts, so that the company can thrive rather than continue to declineI would like to purchase from them again in the future if changes are made.
