I am rejecting this response because:I have noted that my order was shipped to me, THREE DAYS after I submitted my Revdex.com complaintThis leads me to believe the only reason I had any response from you was because I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comTo date, I still have not received a response from any of my previous customer service inquiries sent directly to EcoFlower, but simply a shipping confirmation email Further, as noted in my previous emails to customer service at ecoFlower as well as in my Revdex.com complaint, my family has moved In tracking my package, it appears that it was in fact shipped to the wrong addressA simple follow up from customer service on EcoFlowers part could have prevented this entire situationI asked for a refund of my money, but your response was to ship a package I no longer want after horrible customer service, and then try to make it seem to the Revdex.com that you had shipped my order to me prior to my complaint Your business practices are despicable and I am not at all interested in supporting a company who behaves so I would still like a refund of my money.
