I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, however; I would like to point out you have never responded to my email I sent to the wedding department. You clearly lied on the response to my claim to the Revdex.com, so please stop making it appear as though your company reached out to me. Also, I am the person who contacted your company multiple times and ONLY TWICE you left a messageWhen I returned your phone calls nobody answered and your company took over a week to return my call. Unacceptable business practices. I have made it clear on YELP and FB your horrible businees practices and I will never do business with your company again. Based on the other responses from other people who have ordered from you the issues I have experienced are a common occurrence. You continue to take orders and have flash sales yet you can't fill the orders you already have in place. I will not be satisfied until I receive my refund.
