However, as fine and well as it is that they shipped what they owed me, they made no attempt to earn me as a repeat customerI don't know their capability to offer an incentive for me to order again, but none was madeThey may be changing their process but I would imagine they lost a lot of business in their mismanaged growth periodI have not gotten my shipment yet but look forward to seeing it.

I am rejecting this response because:I have not received the replacement Peter Cottontail bouquetPlease ship it immediatelyAlso, I got an email yesterday concerning a partial refund for, I'm assuming, the two vases that were missingApparently, Ecoflower had already shipped them when they called me to let me know they were unavailableSo, I requested the refundI was on vacationWhen I got home, the vases had been delivered to meHowever, if I was going to be refunded for them, the total should have been $13.98, which was the price I paidThe refund I was notified about was for $9.29.Again, please ship the Peter Cottontail bouquet immediately and send me a tracking number
