Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, I am deeply disgusted with the way in which this company does businessThere are thousands of customers dealing with similar problemsThere is an entire Facebook page dedicated to customers who have been taken advantage of by Eco Flower and are told that their products are back-ordered with no timeline of when they will receive their goodsIn spite of the serious issue of insufficient product, they continue to offer deals and send out multiple marketing blasts a day to inquire more orders that cannot be filledThey then delete any comments made by unsatisfied customers on their social media to avoid loss of future businessThis is very dishonest and unacceptable Sincerely, [redacted]
