Eco Friendly Power Washing

Customer originally had severe battery acid leaks on driveway and oil stains (December of 2016).  Battery acid is 31-50% sulfuric acid by concentration and considered a hazardous substance.  Customer was given a "fix it" ticked by HOA to remedy the situation.  Our company came, acid...

was fully neutralized, concrete driveway was steam cleaned and oil stains were treated.  Orange battery acid restoration was successful and came out near 100%.Oil stains can NOT normally come out 100%.  This was explained to customer and was also explained that shadows are normal and will not go away over time.  Customer acknowledged she understood.  Sealer: Ad price is for penetrating sealer that offers great protection against acids and not the best protection for hot oils.  Was explained to customer that penetrating sealers aren't the best for hot oil leaks, but can help if concrete is cleaned right away.  There are better sealers for hot oil, like polyurethanes and epoxies but they cost more than AD price.  Customer did not want the upgrades and chose to stick to ad price which included the penetrating sealer instead (for acid protection).  Our AD states to "Clean and Seal Your Concrete for Life Long Protection".  The AD price is for a chemically reactive water based penetrating sealer that will help to keep efflorescence in check, bead water and make the concrete non-reactive when SULFURIC ACID (from Golf Cart Batteries) drips onto surface.  This is the sealer customer agreed to and wanted to stick to the AD price.  We also offer a 1 year warranty that IF sulfuric acid drips on your concrete (which it did), that we will come back free of charge and clean it off.  We do not warranty that customers will not drip acid on their concrete again, we warranty that if they do we will come back and clean it FREE.Customer did overcharge batteries again or wash batteries on driveway in MAY of 2017.  She called us and we came out right away to warranty our FREE cleaning.  Sealer did what it was supposed to do and stopped the Sulfuric acid from penetrating deeply and causing permanent damage to concrete.  Concrete again looked great.Now in AUGUST of 2017, customer dripped oil stains onto concrete.  She called us again and we told her that these things happen and we would be happy to come by one more time (even though oil stains are NOT part of the warranty or part of the FREE cleaning program).  We told customer we would be willing to clean it and ALSO put down one more application of sealer (for free).Customer did not think this was a reasonable offer and chose to contact Revdex.com instead.  We have been doing business for nearly 20 years in Customer's neighborhood and have never gotten a complaint, nor complaints from any other person that we could not resolve.
