Eco-Green Air, Inc.

Eco-Green Air was assigned to our service our air conditioner on August 24th. I contacted [redacted] to let him know that we had previously had the issue diagnosed before we realized that the First American Home Buyers Protection (FAHBP) would cover it. [redacted] said that they would have to come out and do an inspection anyways. A technician did an inspection and agreed with the same diagnosis that we had previously been told. This is where it went down hill. [redacted] was supposed to call me on Friday, August 26th. I gave him a call at 5:50pm PST and he called me back at 8:16pm PST. He mentioned that he did find the part locally but he could not schedule it until Sunday when he was working on the schedule for the rest of the week. On Sunday, August 28th at 6:12pm PST, he gave me a call and said that they would not be able to do it on Monday and that there was something that he was waiting for from FAHBP. That is the piece of information that should have been taken care of on Friday in which he admitted that he had forgotten to call me and apparently he had not even file anything with FAHBP. At this point, I believe he was playing games with me and I was not pleased. It seemed like he was making up excuses and became very rude and hung up on me. Then I talked to my daughter who said he called her and was extremely rude to her as well. I called FAHBP and told them what happened and they assigned the service call to another vendor. The new vendor was fantastic. They kept my daughter updated and were able to get it working within a couple of days. I am not sure what [redacted]'s issue was, but he definitely should not be in the position he is in. I passed this same information on the FAHBP who did a report on the incident. I would never ever recommend Eco-Green Air to anyone.
