Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the statements they provided are not true The original quote on the project was $(never $1800) and we had asked if they'd be willing to lower the price and they responded with $1200, which is the actual price that we DID pay in full We made the payments in a timely manner when the project was completed as requested Per Ginger's email, we tried to make the 25% down payment, but she stated since it was such a small project it was not necessary I've attached the email As for the "first color" of stain we picked and did not like...they came out with two samples of colors (between light oak and natural oak) which are the colors we picked from, which weren't even available with the brand they suggested using and changed it to "butternut" and was never something we discussed So we didn't like a color we never picked in the first place! They should have never brought samples for us to choose from that weren't an option to use The fence is not that old I'm not sure what their definition is for "old", but it's a brand new house and the fence was less than months old at that time Also, we signed a contract that clearly states, "100% satisfaction guaranteed" which they have not upheld Why have that in your contract if you don't honor it? It's a contract signed between TWO parties, so they also had the option not to work with us if they felt we were not good customers When they actually did come out to paint the fence with the spray method it was only one day, which couldn't have been more than hours, so I'm not sure where they got hours of labor and the follow up using the roller method was also only one day of work There were only days of actual work done on our fence, so I'm not sure where all these hours she claims were spent at our home The main point is that Ginger agreed to come back out to finish the work in October weather permitting, which we were very understanding about and we had to follow up with her multiple times in which she agreed to send someone back out to finish the job in April, but never followed through and stopped responding. At this point, we obviously don't want them to come back out to finish the job and do it poorly However, more disappointedly I don't appreciate their dishonesty We had signed the contract with them because they were recommended to us from the builders The extra time they have spent on this project is due to their own internal error giving us wrong colors to choose from from the start and poor workmanship So I think a responsible solution is just to refund the amount it will cost us to have someone finish the job correctly.Sincerely,*** **

Please review attached pictures to get a better idea of how the project looks at the end.Customer does not understand of the original condition of wood at beginning of the project, please attached find dated pictures with high definition on google maps , project for which we presented a higher bid
almost $but they low ball us to $1000.00.* Eco Green recommended a darker color at beginning of project, we took the time to review brands, get samples, and try them on over her house fence. * Fence was built long time ago and was never protected against the sun, we also noticed replacement of boards by the home builder previous our work, which will not give you 100% even staining. * Eco Green went back times, trying to make customer happy.* First time we stain the fence we use gallons of sikkens plus around hours of labor.* She was not happy with the results, so we went back again to do a back roll of every single board, especially to the ones with sun discoloration, sun fading and water stainsWe spent more gallons of sikkens and almost hours of work afterwards * We went back to the house a 3rd time because she did not like it againWe re-re-roll it wasting more gallons of sikkens and six hours of work.* She even made us go a 4th time to spot stain around the fence at this time her husband was really happy about the results and the service and mentioned I do not know what she wants, to one of my employees. * Eco green was committed to provide a good service even when losing money.* Eco green had the worst working experience ever, Eco green regrets working for this customer in every way. * Please send me an email address where I can include the list with all the before after pictures. * Husband was really happy with the results reason why pay in full when finish, they never pay us in full at the beginning.* costs: sikkens $dollars per gallon = $630.00 Labor $dollars per hour = $1140.00 * Eco green lost money almost the same amount as offerednot including trip fees and extra materials, samples and the first gallon that she picked and did not like color!
