Our project manager met in person with [redacted] on 10/14/to discuss the vandalism by an unknown source that occurred to the siding at the rental house they own located at [redacted] in AuroraSo in order to assist them we agreed at NO COST to them to paint the vandalized areas which were on the middle and right sides on the front elevation onlyI personally spoke with [redacted] via phone shortly after that meeting and notified her that I would call her once the painters were available to come out and the weather consistently stays above degreesDue to the weather the painters schedule is back logged and therefore we are awaiting an appointment time for the [redacted] We are working diligently and sincerely to get this resolved as soon as humanly possible Thank you, [redacted]
