In response to [redacted] complaint: We have explained to Mr [redacted] numerous times that the contract he signed, the scope of work he signed, and the expectations sheet did not include a detached garageMr [redacted] was never charged for any materials, labor or otherwise, he has no loss at the amount of $4,as he states the priceMr [redacted] wants us to believe that he is so detailed and takes notes of dates and times to the extent of military hours that somehow he signed and dated three documents yet not a single one noted the garageThese documents have already been provided to the Revdex.com as well as other sources Mr [redacted] has complained to resulting in our proof that there was no contract for a detached garage [redacted] has acknowledged that we fulfilled and corrected any issues and we have documents to support these claimsMr [redacted] correspondence between agencies has created him to commit liable and in one of Mr [redacted] statements he also admits to recording conversations and asked that [redacted] tell us, this is actually a violation of RCW Mr [redacted] fails to want to understand that the legal binding contract does not include a detached garageMr[redacted] home alone was squares, exactly the amount contracted, had a garage been included that price the squares and dollar amount would reflect differently Mr [redacted] also notes he asked Keith to have pictures taken before but in a separate email he lists Rex as the person he spoke to and asked to have pictures takenWe do not take pictures third party and nothing is noted in the contract for us to do soWe have explained to Mr [redacted] that he was never charged for the detached garage and that in order to add this service he would need to pay for the labor and materials, all of which were never in his original contractWe are sorry that Mr [redacted] does not understand that we are not under any obligation to install a free roof but we truly have endlessly tried to resolve these issues with Mr [redacted] to no availHis demand of $for a loss that has never incurred makes no senseEvery correction has been made to the roof that was noted in the inspectors report, Mr [redacted] is aware that the work was completedIn theory it makes no sense to us how Mr [redacted] is going about thisIf Mr [redacted] still wants his detached garage to have a new roof we would need to contract that work along with payment just like every other contract

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Eco Roof Service rep, Keith came out to meet with me to evaluate the work, he quoted me at a high price then came down to the agreed price of $7,and stated verbally with me that if I paid in full by a personal check, he would replace the garage as well, although, he did not write it down on the contract - it was a breach of contract when he verbally said one thing and did not put it in writing.A WA Certified roof inspector inspected the roof on main house which was replaced by Eco Roof Services and found their mistakes One of the mistakes found was that I had signed up for a 1xmetal gutter flashing which is also known as drip edge flashing Eco Roof did not install this however, it had the underlayment prepared for this installation when inspector inspected but no drip edge flashing installed and its employee Jodi Anderson advised me that I did not purchase this service on my contract - breach of contract."Refused to listen" - this show what customer service skills Eco Roof Service has to its customers Aaron - one advise for you is practice with this in mind "Customer is always right" Why would I spend money to replace the main roof and not the detached garage knowing that both roofs are failing in a couple of years? In addition, the detached garage doesn't cost that much more to replace My final word is - you have to take responsibility when your foreman/salesperson, Keith, came out and sold me this product and agreed with what he was going to do.I gave Eco Roof Service days (until 09/30/2015) to respond to my complaints and was acknowledged by its employee, Jodi that all communications would have to be in writing and advised that this could become evidence in a court of law.Aaron blocked calling me on the phone at 1644hrs on October and notified me that all faulty workmanships have been fixed I told him that I had told your office and Jodi acknowledged that all communication via writing and Aaron responded "Well I never received that message" This shows that you have a COMMUNICATION BREAK DOWN AT YOUR OWN OFFICE and that is why Keith promised me something verbally and you are not standing by his words.Complaints were sent to many different agencies including Washington State Labor and Industries; Attorney's General, Angie's list, etcMy next step is to notify the local media to air this story as the first victim and to have all past Eco Roof Service customers hire their own roof inspector to inspect their roof((s) and to prepare for a possible "CLASS ACTION" against workmanships and materials quality upon advice from the Attorney's General Office and Labor & IndustriesSincerely, [redacted] ***

The customers complaint is without fact and based off their own assumption without an ounce of fact to support their claimAlthough it is true that They accused our workers of this we have specifically spoken with our workers who have been long term employees, who are a pillar in the community, attend services regularly and have always been honest and believe without a doubt that they did nothing of the sortOur workers are primarily Spanish speaking and the homeowner was very confrontational and in an effort to calm the situation our worker responded with a "Ok, Ok" as in, they can hear them and are listeningbut this does not speak to admitting to an accusation, he was simply trying to stop being backed into an aggressive corner with the homeownerWe never agreed to pay for any damage associated with their truck bed that was clearly old, dusty and very scratched up from previous yearsTheir claim is outlandish and a simple attempt to get a free paint job to their cover to match their truck, a cover with years of scratchesWe did however as a courtesy and to dissolve the situation offer to buff out the alleged issue, which we did, and made it very clear that we stand by our workers and company and that they did not cause this damageWe have before and after pictures that will show the previous condition and the fact that after buffing the cover the new and improved conditionThis was only a offering to ease the customerBoth husband and wife were volatile in the follow up meeting and are trying to change the situation around to bully us into paying for a desired new paint job, which we anticipated this review, as the homeowner warned us she would do this if we did not comply and give her a new paint jobHer reasoning for the new paint job verses buffing it was that it's the "Moral" of the situation, when in reality we had already gone out of our way to do something that we did not have to doThe homeowner says we need to honor our word? Our word was not to paint a cover, we did not damage, nor destroyAs much as the homeowner would like us to give them this free service, it's not going to happenWe adamantly deny this claim and chalk it up to a customer just trying to get something for free by strong arming us

community, attend services regularly and have always been honest and believe without a doubt that they did nothing of the sort. Our workers are primarily Spanish speaking and the homeowner was very confrontational and in an effort to calm the situation our worker responded with a "Ok, Ok" as in, they can hear them and are listening.. but this does not speak to admitting to an accusation, he was simply trying to stop being backed into an aggressive corner with the homeowner. We never agreed to pay for any damage associated with their truck bed that was clearly old, dusty and very scratched up from previous years. Their claim is outlandish and  a simple attempt to get a free paint job to their cover to match their truck, a cover with years of scratches. We did however as a courtesy and to dissolve the situation offer to buff out the alleged issue, which we did, and made it very clear that we stand by our workers and company and that they did not cause this damage. We have  before and after pictures that will show the previous condition and the fact that after buffing the cover the new and improved condition. This was only a offering to ease the customer. Both husband and wife were volatile in the follow up meeting and are trying to change the situation around to bully us into paying for a desired new paint job, which we anticipated this review, as the homeowner warned us she would do this if we did not comply and give her a new paint job. Her reasoning for the new paint job verses buffing it was that it's the "Moral" of the situation, when in reality we had already gone out of our way to do something that we did not have to do. The homeowner says we need to honor our word? Our word was not to paint a cover, we did not damage, nor destroy. As much as the homeowner would like us to give them this free service, it's not going to happen. We adamantly deny this claim and chalk it up to a customer just trying to get something for free by strong arming us.

In regards to the above listed property and in reference to [redacted] complaint. Mr.[redacted] first contacted [redacted] in regards to his initial complaint. We responded to [redacted] in regards to the specific issues Mr.[redacted] had and we addressed them. All of the issues Mr. [redacted] wanted rectified...

have been corrected at this time other than the following,Mr. [redacted] states that he was promised a new roof to be placed on his detached garage, despite the fact that the legal binding contract does not specify this nor does it include any such price figures matching this. Mr. [redacted] contract is consistent with the squares and cost on the contract for the home roof only. Both parties, Eco Roof Service and Mr. [redacted] signed and dated the agreement and again there is no detached garage included in this contract or price. We have several emails where we believe Mr. [redacted] tries to manipulate the conversation and state untruths, what he may believe is not the facts. We responded to [redacted] with a copy of the said contract and they agreed with us that Mr. [redacted] signed a legal document that does not include the detached garage, Mr. [redacted] signature is clearly noted and agreed to what was specified. I have included a copy of the actual contract along with our scope of work page.Mr. [redacted] has been told numerous times that the garage was not included in the price and was not on his contract, he refuses to listen leading us to feel we have exhausted all efforts. We did offer to do Mr. [redacted] garage but informed him that he would have to pay, it is not free, he declined. We also informed Mr. [redacted] that the corrections had been made in his complaint.

In response to [redacted] complaint:
We have explained to Mr. [redacted] numerous times that the contract he signed, the scope of work he signed, and the expectations sheet did not include a detached garage. Mr. [redacted] was never charged for any materials, labor or otherwise, he has no loss at the amount of $4,000 as he states the price. Mr. [redacted] wants us to believe that he is so detailed and takes notes of dates and times to the extent of military hours that somehow he signed and dated three documents yet not a single one noted the garage. These documents have already been provided to the Revdex.com as well as other sources Mr. [redacted] has complained to resulting in our proof that there was no contract for a detached garage. [redacted] has acknowledged that we fulfilled and corrected any issues and we have documents to support these claims. Mr. [redacted] correspondence between agencies has created him to commit liable and in one of Mr. [redacted] statements he also admits to recording conversations and asked that [redacted] tell us, this is actually a violation of RCW 9.73.030.
Mr. [redacted] fails to want to understand that the legal binding contract does not include a detached garage. Mr.[redacted] home alone was 15 squares, exactly the amount contracted, had a garage been included that price the squares and dollar amount would reflect differently.
Mr. [redacted] also notes he asked Keith to have pictures taken before but in a separate email he lists Rex as the person he spoke to and asked to have pictures taken. We do not take pictures third party and nothing is noted in the contract for us to do so. We have explained to Mr. [redacted] that he was never charged for the detached garage and that in order to add this service he would need to pay for the labor and materials, all of which were never in his original contract. We are sorry that Mr. [redacted] does not understand that we are not under any obligation to install a free roof but we truly have endlessly tried to resolve these issues with Mr. [redacted] to no avail. His demand of $4000 for a loss that has never incurred makes no sense. Every correction has been made to the roof that was noted in the inspectors report, Mr. [redacted] is aware that the work was completed. In theory it makes no sense to us how Mr. [redacted] is going about this. If Mr. [redacted] still wants his detached garage to have a new roof we would need to contract that work along with payment just like every other contract.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
ECO Roof Service denied of all allegations.  Eco Roof was advised via email not to contact customer via telephone but email for evidence but refused to do so and kept calling to threaten that it had its own legal counsel to defend when possible.  Furthermore, Eco Roof was asked not to come back on property for any purpose but refused to do so and came back stated that it has corrected all the faulty workmanship and when I asked to provide a written statement regarding the corrections through HomeAdvisor resolution rep and until today Eco Roof hasn't provided written statement.  This case is going to trial.  Served Eco Roof court documents with request signature but refused to receive.Sincerely,[redacted]
