I am writing because I stopped by the business to inquire about wash and fold laundry services I told the young guy with clear braces behind the counter that I had an experience recently where one of the wash and fold services ruined some of my clothing and began asking questions such as "do you hang dry clothing upon request? do you separate lights and dark clothing?" Instead of being kind and helpful he became condescending and started to accuse me "of not getting along with anyone" and refusing my service Then he proceeded to ask me what wash and fold service I used that ruined my clothing and said that maybe I should go somewhere else where I will already know if I will be satisfied with the laundry service- he basically disrespected me as a customer and refused my business After I told him he was being unprofessional and rude, he then decided to help me but asked me for my credit information to charge me before the clothes would be dropped off I asked if he could call me with the cost before charging my card and his response was "i don't want to do extra steps you will just have to trust me"This guy was beyond rude and I felt discriminated against After all of the back and forth he apologized and said "Ok, I can just get your credit card info when I pick up your laundry later"- I said ok and gave him my information To no surprise he never called me to pick up my laundry
days later I stopped by his business to ask for his information for the Revdex.com and he said "look it up online ***" then he claimed he stopped by my apartment to get my clothes, which is obviously a lie Then he held up a print out that had poattached to it "saying do not help", which I guess he thought I wouldn't notice and continued to lie further "see! your information is right here I did nothing wrong"
So I said I will look up the business' information online and I was leaving I heard him say "*** Jew" This is flat out discrimination and just a disgusting display of customer service I really hope something is done about this!

entitled to their opinions. In this case however, it is not a matter of difference of opinions. [redacted]'s complaint is at a minimum dishonest. Her claim that she was not given an 'estimate' is a bit bizarre. The truth is, we don't give estimates, we are not an auto-repair shop. If a customer sends a bag of dry cleaning to be done with their wash and fold without having asked anyone for the prices (which was obviously [redacted]'s responsibility!) then we assume that's what we are to do. And we do it. [redacted] came to our store, opened an account with us, gave us her credit card information and started using our service by ordering pick-ups and deliveries. When she ordered us to dr y clean a bag of garments, we proceeded as we do for every other customer all day, every day. She never requested a price quote and we had no reason to call her since we could only assumed she had checked our price board when she initially came to the store as every new customer does. We have worked hard to establish what we believe is a very fair price list. Our prices are in fact comparable to all other cleaners in the neighborhood. [redacted] was charged $90 for TWELVE pieces of dry cleaning in addition to her regular wash and fold. She called to cancel her order after the clothes had been cleaned and were ready to be delivered. As much as we will always accept responsibility for our errors when they occur, in this case, there is nothing we could have done differently and under the same circumstances, we would do exactly the same thing again.

Review: I sent my clothing to Eco Laundry Company for dry cleaning and they pre-charged my card without ever giving me a price list or estimate. When I was shocked to see almost $100 of charges (which seems excessive to begin with) I was told they wouldn't cancel my order and they forced me to sign the credit card receipt or else they would not return my clothing. They were rude, unhelpful and extorted me, plain and simple.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $91.20
