As the manager I would like to explain that the customer dropped of her one pair of pants on March where she also picked up dry cleaning of piecesThe pants were back from the dry cleaning plant on March The first time I heard about these pants was on April 13, I would like to point
out that it is well over daysThe day the customer came on April 13, she was very rude and loudI checked all my records and spoke to my employees, who have been with me for about yearsThey know the customer by name and have had her as a customer since January of with a total of visitsOne of my employees told me that the customer came in the weekend of the 29th of March to pick up those pants that have been claimed to be missing.
Our system is set up where you must physically pull a ticketThe day she came in, we were extremely busy with two people on staff when we normally have only oneMy employee recognized her immediately and asked her if she was here to pick up her dry cleaningThe customer replied yes and my employee went to the back where we keep all our dry cleaning and handed it to her.
On April 13, she came in on a very busy SundayShe said she is there to pick up dry cleaning and when the young lady told her she has no dry cleaning she became heatedMy employee called me and I explained to her that she already picked the dry cleaningThe customer was yelling and going on a rampage which I heard her through the phoneI told my employee to let the customer know that I will look into it tomorrowAfter doing research I called the customer and explained to her that she had already picked the dry cleaningI was unable to get a word in after thatShe was yelling talking over me, threatening to get an attorney involvedI was unable to explain anything else to her because the whole entire conversation consisted with her shouting at meEvery time I tried to talk, she would become more aggressive and frustratedI could not understand why she would not listen to me to hear me out on this situationFinally when she threatened that we would be hearing from her attorney I said fine and had to hang up the phone.
I hope you are able to understand that this dry cleaning was well over daysI told the customer that I can not produce something she already picked upI don't know what else I can do, I cant hand over the same pants that were already picked up beforeI do have cameras in our store but unfortunately the storage only holds up to days of dataOn April 16th I went back to see what should looked like so I can cross reference and make sure we are talking about the correct customerIf this was brought to my attention earlier I would have the footage of her coming in and picking those pants up.

The pants were back from the dry cleaning plant on March 6. The first time I heard about these pants was on April 13, 2014. I would like to point...

out that it is well over 30 days. The day the customer came on April 13, 2014 she was very rude and loud. I checked all my records and spoke to my employees, who have been with me for about 5 years. They know the customer by name and have had her as a customer since January of 2011 with a total of 19 visits. One of my employees told me that the customer came in the weekend of the 29th of March to pick up those pants that have been claimed to be missing.
