First, the positives; [redacted], [redacted] is very personable. His workers are very courteous and professional.

I wish I could end the review there. We received a generic message saying that the work that we paid [redacted] for personally could not be completed. "Possibly next year". I attempted to contact [redacted] well over ten times, each time his administrative assistant informing me that he would be contacting me by end of next business day. No contact over six months.

After we gave him the money, he disappeared. [redacted] Sprinklers not adjusted properly, leaky pipe in the basement. When we were contacted, it was to request payment for a service that we did not have. I was amazed.

I finally sent a cancellation of contract notice and requested a refund - [redacted] - [redacted]. He said he had been out of the office, [redacted], and also politely advised that due to fine print in the contact I was not eligible for a refund. What a complete joke.

Avoid at all costs. Good workers, personable CEO, worst run company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
