Eco Star Solutions Inc.

This company calls you- offers to send samples of it product. A week later you get several gallons of product. These products are classified as Hazard Material and the shipping to return the item is over $600. Just shipping, but wait you could keep the product for $600 as part of the companies good customer service, instead of paying the invoice of $1000. It is a scam.

Review: [redacted] from EcoStar Solutions Inc. called Active Enterprises and spoke with a representative of the company and offered a free sample of their product. Upon agreeing to the sample of the free product we received a shipment and a bill for $989.38 for products we did not agree to. They followed up with multiple phone calls, saying we owe the balance due on the invoice and if we were not happy with the product we would have to pay $500.00 of hazardous material freight to ship the product back. Our representative told [redacted] that we would not be paying for the invoice or the return freight. He also asked to speak with [redacted]'s manager and [redacted] would not allow him to talk to a manager. He then threatened collections and that is when the phone call ended.Desired Settlement: Arrange for product pick up by EcoStar Solutions Inc. at their expense and a invoice showing that Active Enterprises does not owe anything.

At that time, [redacted], agreed to a 30 Day Trial (NOT A SAMPLE) of 4 gallons of Eco Star Foam-Off, 4 gallons of Eco Star Citra-Foam & 4 gallons of Eco Star Green Tiger. It was very clearly explained and agreed upon by [redacted] to try 2 gallons of each product.. If satisfied with results: to please pay Invoice within 30 Days. It was also clearly explained; if not satisfied, it was Active Enterprises,

Inc.'s responsibility to pay the Hazmat Freight back to our Warehouse in New York and would not be charged for the 2 gallons that was used for Trial. Please refer to Eco Star Guarantee Letter, dated May **, 2013.

[redacted] told [redacted] the price would be $69.95 per Pure Concentrate gallon; therefore, the total Invoice would be $989.38; including Freight.

The following day, Eco Star Solutions, Inc. verified & confirmed the order with [redacted]; who was very aware this was a Trial order & not a Sample. [redacted], also received an Eco Star Solutions, Inc. Welcome Package with a Guarantee letter signed by [redacted], Vice President of Eco Star Solutions, Inc. confirming this order and explaining

the Terms. which [redacted] agreed upon. (As mentioned above; Guarantee Letter attached)

Active Enterprises, Inc. is responsible to pay this Invoice or to pay Freight back on

Merchandise which was agreed upon between [redacted] & [redacted] on April **, 2013. There has been NO Collection Calls to this Customer.

As per our conversation the other day, after discussing this with my Superior, Eco Star Solutions, Inc. will allow Active Enterprises, Inc. to KEEP the merchandise at

NO CHARGE. It is NOT necessary to RETURN the Products. Consider this a GIFT. Eco Star

Solutions, Inc. hopes they love the results of the Products. In three and a half years in Business; Eco Star Solutions, Inc. has NEVER had ONE COMPLAINT. WE are PROUD of our A+ Rating with the Revdex.com.
