Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The check from 2/was a refund for non completion of duct work from December 2015, when Eco System installed the furnaceThe A/C was a seperate job requested and estimated 5molater and we have yet to receive any refund from the duct work not completed from he July invoice for the A/C installationWe have asked repeating for contact information for the City of San Jose so we can schedule an inspection and Eco System has not been helpfulAt this point, we will go ahead and attempt to work with Eco System to get the building permit process completed but there has been no actual effort to refund money from work not completed from the July invoice Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, [redacted] ***

As we Explain to the customer, the work order from her home warranty, came for the AC, we worked on that and we fixed it After her Home warranty expired she want us to take a look on the furnace, we did sent a tech and Diagnosed the problem, our mistake was to go there without getting a new work order from the Home Warranty, therefore since all the inconveniences, we gave her a discount (charge only the part) to do the job, When the customer called to make the appointment she agreed to pay for the repair, but once the tech got there, she refused to pay

I am very sorry about your experience with Eco Systems, we should have handled the situation differently and transferred your call to someone with more authorityIf you still have the vocher from Yelp , and you need the repair we will honor the voucher

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2016/01/19) */ Received business response via email on 1/18/16: I apologize for the late response, I just reviewed the case, and we did complete the installation, everything is working And the customer is satisfied [redacted] L [redacted] Eco Systems Heating & Air

Regarding [redacted] ID: [redacted] We did work on her AC and complete the repair through her Home warranty, after the repair with the ac she needed service for the furnace and she doesn't have the home warranty contract anymore, we offer her to do the repair for a lower price but customer refused to pay for it

I see that the ac is up and running but if the customer want us, I can schedule an appointment and send a tech to take a look on the AC that we replaced without cost

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The work that Eco Systems Heating and Air completed was on the furnace was wired to the A/CThe whole issue to start with was a wiring problemThe technician had to have worked on the furnace in order to make sure the AC was working since they are wired togetherThe manager at Eco Systems either doesn't understand that concept or does not want to admit she made a mistake, and did not order the part while the house was still under warrantyI have pictures to prove that the repair person did indeed work on the furnaceHe placed a piece of PVC pipe in the furnace to try to fix the problem while we were waiting for the part (which I was told was being ordered but never was)This company is dishonest and needs to own up to their mistakesI am willing to work with this company and come to a compromise but they refuse. Sincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:This is a complete LIE You guys knew about the Yelp deal because your employee on site AND the person I spoke with on the phone both said that you wound not accept it unless it's with a brand new AC unit installation
The employee asks me about the yelp voucher I have I show it to him He makes a call Hangs up and says "We can't accept this" He says "yea, this is only for a BRAND NEW INSTALLATION OF AN AC UNIT"It doesn't say that ANYWHERE on the voucher, Yelp or your website So you must accept this as payment He says he cannot and to call the office So I call and apparently get the queen of crappy customer service who confirms what he just said "Yea we can't accept this" "We won't do the work" "I'll just tell him to leave if you aren't going to pay" So I said "The voucher states clearly - For the business owner: Deal MUST be honored according to terms on voucher NO additional restrictions may be added at time of redemption".- She says "Sorry noI am adding my own restrictionsThat's only for a NEW AC installation Call Yelp and get your money back" I say ok and we hang up So his phone rings He answers Hangs up Packs up everything including putting back all the stuff he started to repair and leaves
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This person is not being honest. He/She doesn't even know what the problem is because they have never been to the house. They didn't even order the right part. The technician showed up with a part but he confirmed it wasn't the right one. I in no way agreed to pay for the part. That is ludicrous. I was told that this would be covered by warranty from the first technician that showed up in April. He obviously forgot to order the part and here we are today. I would like someone from Eco Systems (someone actually in charge-not just an unknowing technician) to come to the house to look at the problem. The first technician in April DID work on the furnace because he couldn't work on the AC without working on the furnance. They are WIRED together. He placed a piece of PVC pipe in the furnace to fix the problem while we waited for the part. Be honest with your comments and make it right. Own up to the fact that you did not order the part while the house was still under warranty. Sincerely,[redacted]

I am very sorry about your experience with Eco Systems, we should have handled the situation differently and transferred your call to someone with more authority. If you still have the vocher from Yelp , and you need the repair we will honor the voucher.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2015/12/16) */
Received business response via email on 12/16/15:
We serviced this property through her home warranty to checked the duct work, which it is in good shape, and we reported that to her HW but she wants to replace them and make her Home Warranty...

pay for it; and we cannot lie to the home warranty, the duct work doesn't need to be replaced, however if she feels that we are not doing our work she can call her HW and have a second opinion.
We did our best, even the HW doesn't cover and sent a different technician to verify the diagnostic.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2015/12/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
After I submitted my complaint to Revdex.com, Eco Systems Heating & Air recreated their website.
They previously had link to Yelp. They removed it, because they had 35 negative reviews. I do not see them anymore on Yelp. Even my review was erase somehow and all I can see [redacted] and no review. It was erased.
But I still have copy of invoice from Gustavo (technician from Eco Systems who came to our house first), where he indicated that we have leakage in the ducts. If you contact American Home Shield Warranty (my contract # I will provide in your request), you learn that this information has newer been submitted to them.
