A salesman knocked on my door on the afternoon of Friday, October 7, 2016, and told me he had to test my water for calcium contentI told him I had never heard any such nonsense, well aware that calcium content in household water poses no health risks and that there is no requirement that I admit anyone to my home to test my waterHe became ***, raised his voice and told me it was government mandated though he was unable to specify which government and by that I was breaking the law I said I was not required to let strange men into my home and he insisted he had identified himself and again told me I was breaking the lawI told him I did not appreciate his intimidation tactics and asked him to leaveI had to resort to *** to call the police to get him off my property

contacted by eco 10/13/,I was told person(s)would be by to check furnace leased from oeg 4/17/men eco arrived 10/14, walked around furnace & only comment made was no carbon monoxideThen sales pitch on need for HEPA all home air cleaner thrown in free with the lease of a u/v water disinfection unit at 39.99/month, motermNo need to ever buy furnace or water filter againI was hoping the air filter would relieve allergies which it hasAlso eco would take over furnace & ac maintenance cancel ac maintwith *** a rebate which was received 10/26/2016, reasonable time lapseOn 1/25/called eco & talked to ***, he confirmed they will service hepa, u/v, ac & furnace yearlyFurnace filter need not be replaced *** to send hepa filter & buyout info following weekNothing recd., sent email re filter & buyout info 2/3/& also asked for maintenance coverage in writing & if eco & oeg are connectedSen
