Hello, as you know, I sell window film and the manufacturer that I represent is [redacted] All of their films , especially the one I sold to Mr [redacted] is dual pane safeEvery once is a while, glass will break either from the film or just a bad pane of glassI have been selling this film since we opened our doors and have never had a problem beforeI told the ***' that there is manufacturer's warranty of years for glass breakage and it is through [redacted] He refused to deal with them and held me responsible for the glass breakingI told him once again that this was a manufacturer's issue and the film that I sold him was sold in good faithAfter repeated threats from Mr [redacted] regarding a lawsuit, I agreed to pay the additional amount that his warranty did not cover for his glass I turned his claim over to [redacted] since it is their responsibility to settle glass breakage that was caused by their filmHe received a $check from [redacted] and we just sent out the remaining balance to him at his home in Florida I recommended a glass company which had a very high bid and noticed that he was now getting tempered glass, which is more expensiveI know he did not originally have tempered and I questioned him about itHe then went and got another bidBecause they were going back to Florida, the work was done quickly and without a having the opportunity to get other bidsI have tried to be reasonable with Mr*** My last email instructed them that the check was being sent out and I wished him and his wife a happy holiday seasonHowever, I guess that isn't enough I don't want to ruin my rating with the Revdex.com, so if you have additional suggestions, please let me know.Best Wishes, [redacted]

He refused to deal with them and held me responsible for the glass breaking. I told him once again that this was a manufacturer's issue and the film that I sold him was sold in good faith. After repeated threats from Mr. [redacted] regarding a lawsuit, I agreed to pay the additional amount that his warranty did not cover for his glass.  I turned his claim over to [redacted] since it is their responsibility to settle glass breakage that was caused by their film. He received a $500 check from [redacted] and we just sent out the remaining balance to him at his home in Florida.    I recommended a glass company which had a very high bid and noticed that he was now getting tempered glass, which is more expensive.
