Hello, and yes this lady did contact me about this job. I have only been apart of this company since the end of Octobrer 2013, so I was not here when this job
was done. Everyone that worked here has left, and there is one owner that I talked with when I first came on board. He does not contact me about the business. I was just told to keep the company up and running, so that is what I do. If this customer wants to send me the invoice or proof of taxes being charged I will do my best to take care of the situation
On a side note, this is the 2nd complaint I have received since being a part of this company. The complaint that happened while I was here, is fraudulent. We do to jobs a week, and always get great feedback from the home owners
Thanks,

*** ***

I never said that this customers complaint was fraudulent!!!
There are complaints that the Revdex.com has sent me. From this customer and the ***'s. I said the ***'s complaint was fraudulent. The only thing I said about this customer, was that I was with the company when this job was done, and asked for some proof that they had paid taxes, and that I would do everything I could do, to take care of it. If all they have is a copy of the check then so be it. I will try to take care of it, even though I cannot get to any records from that time period, and will go off the customer's word
From what this customer is saying, it looks as though the Revdex.com may have sent her the response that I gave to the other customer's fraudulent complaint
thank you,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  At the time of service I requested, but was not provided, an invoice for the tree work.  I have a copy of the check that was written to the company for the job that includes the charged taxes.  The date of service is on the check and can be referenced to compare to the company invoice records.  Since taxes were collected, I am sure there is a copy of the invoice as the company would have to keep records of these documents to file annual income tax records.  I am happy to provide the copy of the check.  I am disgusted and offended by the respondent's insinuation that this is a fraudulent claim and his response captures the climate of our previous phone interactions (dismissive, unresponsive, and irresponsible).  I feel that the quality of the tree service completed on our property was good, that is not what this dispute regards.  It regards the illegal collection of taxes on a non-taxable service.  I have contacted the travis county tax office and am proceeding with their office as well to resolve this issue.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I have contacted them again, and yes I DID speak with [redacted] on the 28th of March and told him so in this phone call.  He has assured me that someone will be out in the next week.  I will allow them that time to review and correct the damage.  If it is completed or not completed to my satisfaction, I will follow up with the Revdex.com and let them know my response to this issue.

Again no one has contacted me about this, and again I always answer my phone

Hi, and thank you for sending me this complaint.  I am really at a lose for words after being taken advantage of by the customer, and now seeing the lies he has given.
The customer bought a $75 [redacted]'s Deal for a value of $250.  I sent [redacted], who by the way is 'not a...

novice" at doing tree work by any means.  [redacted], gave the customer a price of $200 extra to complete the work that was shown.  The price of $200 was a very low low price for the job, but we were willing to do it anyway.  [redacted] did, all the work but could not get to the highest branches that needed to be cut.  He tried but could not get to them.  [redacted] is a very good tree guy, but is not the best climber when it comes to the tree the customer had.  So, we told the customer we would come back the next day and complete the last few limbs that needed to be cut, and the customer agreed fully.  [redacted] spent a few hous at the customers house the first day, and again, "completed all but the last few limbs in one tree.  I spoke with the customer just to make sure, that when we came back with our climber that all that needed to be done was to cut the last few limbs out of the one remaining tree.  The customer said yes.
The crew went the day was told the customer we would, and our climber promptly took care of the limbs.  [redacted], went to collect from the customer, and the customer "at that point", wanted more and more done, before they would pay.  Yes, I did call and threaten to put a mechanics lien on their property, if they did not pay.  I felt that was my only option, as I have to pay my crew, and when a customer takes advantage and screws us over like this, it hurts our company.  Yes we did, say we would dump the limbs back on to their property.  After all, it was their limbs, and they were not going to pay us for the work done.  We obviously did not do this, but the thought did go through my mind.
It is funny how he says I was a rude person, when his wife is the person I spoke with and each time, she talked over me when I would try to say something.   She was very pleasant while asking us to come do the work, but when it came time to pay, they wanted something for nothing, and congratulations to them, they screwed us over and got about $600 worth of tree work for $75.
My question is whey didn't they have the tree company that did their front yard do their backyard also, if they were happy with them?  In my years of this business, I have not had a customer have their front yard done by one company and be happy with their work, and turn around and hire another company to do their backyard.
On that note, this is the peculiar thing.  [redacted] noticed that their trees had been trimmed in the front but the cuts on the oaks were not sealed, and some of the work was not done completely.  He asked the customer about it on the fist day, and they dodged the question.  [redacted] and I came up with the same thought, and that was, "they must have had another tree company come out and screwed them over as well, and they left without completing the job.  We both had the feeling that the customer was not going to pay, but after I spoke with them after the first day, and said we would have our climber out to finish the last few limbs off the last tree, they said yes, and that they would pay.
This has happened only "2" times in the past, and it is identical in nature to how it happened and the type of customer.  Very unfortunate.
Thank you,
[redacted]

I cannot locate any information about your job from last year, but will send you the $61 you say you were charged as tax.  Please reply with address.  I will be able to mail check the first of [redacted].
