24v 3000w 80a pwm unit failed. They ignore phone calls and emails. The couple times they answered the phone they lied to me. The unit is no longer sold. I suspect they figured out pwm doesn't work with lithium and they told people it did. The new unit for sale is 24v 3000w 60a mppt.

I order a panel from them, the panel arrive sratched and the controller is not working, I called them and request a return, associate says they will sned me a return label in 24-48 hours. 3 days passed nothing received, called again, they promiuse a escalation case with a return label in 24 hours, 2 days later nothing happened. Called again, they apolofgize and promise they will escalate this and specify to send a return label right away to my email... 3 days passed *** nothing. Called again and complain about this and ask to speak to return department directly, was told I cant but they will escalate for me..... round and round we go.. in the meantime I sent 3 emeila in their conatct pahe and also, nothing...

Not worthy at all.

January of 2019 I had purchased five (5) 1200W Solar Inverter Grid Tie MPPT Waterproof Solar Panels 22-50V Item *** to be installed with the solar panels we were to have installed by an electrician company. After all inspections and permits were signed off and completed 9 months later we were giving the ok to turn solar on. All of the solar was live inspected all inverters to make sure the green light was on and working. All but one turned green (Meaning working) had all wires checked and all looked good but one still not working (red light) had it switched out with one that worked and it still continued not to work. Called, Emailed many times to learn how to get a replacement and how to ship bad unit back. They said they could not replace unit but would give us 5% off of a new one. This product has a 5 year warranty. I continued to communicate to a person called *** This communication has gone back and forth at least the last 2-3 months with no resolution. This is a faulty product that I would like to have replaced. I will leave product warranty /info at bottom.
