I am rejecting this response because:The response is riddled with lies. EcoCare continues to hold us to a contract and will not release us from payment, even though their cleaning staff have damaged our facilities, stolen from our members, and have failed to perform.

If they didn't want the job, they could have been up front with me. Very unprofessional and rude. Would never recommend anyone to them.
