Review: I've been working with a solar company, EcoCentric Solar, since 2 September 2014 where I met [redacted] (salesman) and signed a contract on 2 September 2014 to have fifteen 300kw. LG solar panels installed on the South facing side of my roof. In the contract there were four payments that were required at different milestones based on events. They were broken up into four events based on milestones. Also, there was an agreed install date that was included that was 4-6 weeks from the date of the contract. This is the problem - failure to deliver an agree product and service. The initial $1,000.00 check was provided to [redacted] on 2 September 2014. A month after signing the initial contract, 1 October 2014, a check for $6,000.00 was provided. The next day, 2 October 2014, the owner [redacted] called me and stated he wanted to expedite my installation, but would need me to make out another check to [redacted]. That was my first warning that something wasn't right. Therefore, [redacted] stopped by my residence and returned the check written the previous day (which was destroyed) and I made out another $6,000.00 check to [redacted]. He was very cordial and seemed sincerely interested in meeting the terms of the contract. To clarify, my total payments made at this time were $7,000.00. Since 2 October to current, I've received only one set of plans via email from [redacted] that was inconsistent with our previous agreed plans. I received them about seven weeks after signing the contract, the plans called for installing nine panels on the South facing and six panels on the North facing side of my roof. The North side rarely receives sunlight, so that was my second warning that a stall tactic was being utilized. He stated this was common and that he would speak with the engineers to have the plans corrected. Since then, I've expressed to [redacted] and [redacted] my concerns via email to provide accurate plans and install the solar panels - as agreed.Desired Settlement: I'm asking for one of two outcomes. Either to be immediately reimbursed $7,000.00 or the agreed solar panels installed by 7 November 2014.

Final comments: There are always two side of the story when reading a complaint regarding a business. Therefore, I'm including a little information to support my credibility. I'm 51 year old man that served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for 24 years and another 6 years in the Federal Civil Service. During my military career, I've held a top secret clearance and been entrusted with leading service members in [redacted] and in combat. My word, my integrity means everything to me.

false accusations and statements.
