Refund was sent (according to business) it has not been credited.
This product was a pop-up online stating pay for shipping only ($4.95) I called the company to cancel my order, I got a RMA number and returned the product this was returned on 10-4-2017. Received an e-mail stating the refund was credited to my credit card. This did not happen. I have contacted this company numerous times, even a 3 way call with my bank stating no refund was posted. This took place on 2-9-18. I phoned the company myself today 2-22-18. Still no answers.
Calypso skincare $89.96 and shipping charge of $4.95

Our apologies if you were not aware of the terms and conditions of your purchase. When you registered for the trial Calypso on 7/30/17 you had a 14 and a 16 day trial period. As per our terms and conditions you did not notify of cancellation and were charged the retail price of product and set up to receive it monthly. Your subscription of Calypso has already been successfully cancelled on 9/26/17, Confirmation #XXXXXXX and #XXXXXXX, as well you were already refunded $89.96 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX, $89.69 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXX and $4.95 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXX on 10/31/17. Since this has already been escalated to upper management, unfortunately we are unable to provide an exact time frame for when this matter will be resolved. This company said they refunded me my $89.96, however the credit was not given to me. At their request I made a three way call with a representative from my bank, they (the bank) acknowledged that the money was never posted to my account.
