I ordered some equipment from Eco Direct that I needed on short notice to take with me to an island near Honduras I placed the order online on Friday, and left a note in the order that I needed the stuff before my flight left the following friday They called and notified me that the shipping method that I had chosen probaly wouldn't get it there in time, and had me upgrade the shipping Unfortunately, the package went out on the slow track, and they called me up again when they caught the error to let me know that it would arrive on Monday - three days too late for me to use it When I explained the situation, they immediately sent a new order, via overnight UPS, and even refunded me the original shipping! I was very impressed with their willingness to tackle the problem and to take ownership I have purchased from them before, and I will again
