An "As Is" vehicle still needs to be able to pass safety and emissions inspections if sold by a TX dealerAlso vehicle included Owner's Manuals, MMI Control Knob, and had working headlights in all pictures and video provided by dealerManuals and MMI Control Knob were absent and Headlight was not functioning upon deliveryAdditionally, mechanical issues prohibit vehicle from passing inspections Finally, Title has not been sent to dateSeller claims to have sent via *** but has only created a label to send *** has no record of package with title actually having been sentPrevious buyers have had similar complaints that titles and *** tracking #'s were provided but no title was actually shipped

The customer saw the AD on [redacted] but he never bought it on [redacted]. He offered me less than that what I had on [redacted] so he never bought it on [redacted] at the buy it now price. had he done it then he would have been under warranty from [redacted]. He flew to [redacted] and picked up the vehicle, signed all the documents including AS-IS disclosure. He did not bring anything about [redacted] at that time.
