I rented water heater and furnace from this companyI sold the house and asked to buy out furnace and new owner will take over the lease of water heaterThey will not split cost of furnace and water heaterIt cost me $13.000!!!!!!! DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SUCH A ***!!!!! VERY RUDE, WILL NOT RETURN THE CALLS

This CRIMINAL ORGANISATION funds HVAC scams which is a high pressure misrepresentation. The installation is a FRAUD as it is done by AMATEURS and without permits or inspections. In my case there were violations which turned my basement to a "CONFINED SPACE" due restricted air supply. I contacted them and was advised that there was"NO SERVICE, MAINTENANCE OR WARRANTY"
The fine print revealed that only authorized service people could work on "THEIR EQUIPMENT" but they don't provide service. I am purchasing a new furnace from a reputable dealer and sending these crooks their equipment!
Needless to say we have now engaged in a Civil action and ECO-HOME FINANCIAL has destroyed my Credit Score.
This truly is the new face of ORGANISED CRIME! Money Laundering is their only goal.
The senior citizens are their targets!

They came to my door pretending to be the company which owned the water heater in the house I had recently bought and moved in literally a couple of days before
Since I was new to Canada and to home buying, I took their word and trusted they already provided services to the previous owner and I cleared asked them about that and they said "Yes!"
The result is a TEN year term and me unwillingly giving their business my money
It also amazes me now the very interesting timing, considering they weren't the only ones to show up just a few days after I moved in - but the ones selling "better" electricity rates, I managed to turn down!
