My driver received a call for a tow for a truck just off the side of the roadThe driver gave the base charge for that call,after getting to the scene and before hooking on the truck the driver explained that the truck was down a dead end icy road where it never should have been and it would cost
considerably more to get this truck out due to snatch blocking , winching, and putting on tire chains just to get to the sceneThe driver of the moving truck approved the extra charges before we ever started.We did get the truck out successfully and charged the customers card as instructedWe apologize for not e mailing the receipt , but we have no way to scan into my computer , I will be happy to fax it or mail it ,but I will need a number or addressWe are sorry for any confusion ,but we did get approval before starting the job , I'm not sure what else we should have done
