Extremely disappointed! We got a quote for one door, asked repeatedly about possible stucco damage, paid the deposit and waited. A good six weeks after the expected delivery date we finally got the call our door was ready. Once the door was installed we noticed the significant stucco damage which we were assured would be hidden by any trim or mouldings, it is not. Then we noticed light shining through at the top corner of the door, it doesn't even seal properly. Many phone calls and emails later plus three more technician visits, Ecoline has concluded the job is complete. The door still rubs, and doesn't seal. NEVER pay for anything until you're 100% satisfied!! I do not recommend Ecoline!!

We needed to replace two windows so they were egress windows. Plus they were older windows. The salesman explained everything to us in detail and gave us the pros and cons of various options. He also told us the benefits of Ecoline windows with fewer middle men. The windows were measured carefully, ordered and installed in the time frame they had given us. The rooms were left tidy as was the yard outside. I would highly recommend Ecoline windows to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Had our patio door done today by Ecoline Windows. Upon arrival the installers placed drop cloths on our floors. We were impressed with the installers Vlad and Vlad they were professional, meticulous, friendly and took their time to make sure the door was properly installed right down to the finished trim. When finished left us with no cleanup after installation. Before leaving they went through the safety features and other features of our new door. Door is of very good quality and we are sure we will get years of good use out of it. Would definitely use and recommend this company including the installation team. Very happy with the end result.
