customer's satisfaction, starting with holding up our promise to return and even extend the customer's warranty as a courtesy. Initially there had been a misunderstanding regarding price, and the customer as a result was given a $300 discount approximately, as customer service is a priority to us. Such is the case that the Sales Person with whom our dear customer referenced in her formal complaint has since been terminated in order to allow us to provide superior customer service and quality work.We will be happy to resolve things to the customer's satisfaction one way or another and are very interested in speaking with the customer to arrange re-treatment of her home free of charge and potentially discuss other options.  [redacted]
