this notification via mail and thought we should contact the tennet first to make all of her Issues were addressed  before responding.   Since the notice was received we have taken the liberty to replace the front entry door of the resident apartment home, we have completed the patch inside to the wall and sanded and painted again.   Our professional pest control service Is available every week to our residents, we will schedule her treatment for the coming week an d she would only need to cont111ct us to have service any time following t h is treatment again.   Lastly, the additional Item was to the washer, that was damaged but will be replaced (Tuesd111y 1/17/17) until we are able to receive the replacement for broken Item to repair.
