Review: On March 16 I was looking at an add that was posted on [redacted]. It was two skin care products which were to be used together. The testimonials and pictures were convincing. The advertisement said to order the product for only the price of shipping and handling, $5.00 each. I ordered the products and was immediately inundated with requests to order more of each product which I declined repeatedly. I went back to [redacted] and looked at the add again. I was stunned to see that the same pictures and testimonials were now being used to advertise different products. I was glad that I only ordered the amount for the cost of shipping. My [redacted] statement arrived on March 25 and I had been charged for the shipping of the products but I only had the Hydradiance not the Belle Complex. So I phoned [redacted] and complained. I was at this time informed that since my sample hadn't arrived yet that my monthly auto renew would be pushed back two weeks. What?! I did not agree to any more products and I stated this and requested that this immediately be cancelled. I thought this would be the end but when I received my [redacted] statement today I see that I'm charged $113.82 from [redacted] and 103.98 from [redacted]! After much phoning I am told that because I kept the samples that I had paid shipping on that I now had to pay for them or return them for my money back. As soon as I mentioned that I had lodged a complaint with my [redacted] company I was told that no would give me the address to send the products back unless I dropped my dispute!I then had to have a three way call with [redacted] and this number [redacted] so that I could get the address to send the samples back. I had to drop my dispute over the charges or the address would not be provided! During the phone call the dispute officer at [redacted] requested that I be sent an email for confirmation of the address which I received over the phone. Didn't happen. Now I've shipped the samples, will I get a refund?
Review: l ordered a hair/skin trial product (Silk of Moraccan oil) that has a 14 day trial use. l ordered this product on 2/19-2015 and it was delivered to me via ** postal service on the 2/25. The company then charged my bank account $84.72 on 3/5 and l haven't had product for14 days yet. Company would not fully refund my account because they say l have had product for 14 days. As l was speaking to customer rep l overheard other calls of similar complaints. Because l haven't had the product for 14 days yet, l should not have been charged. l am still in trial period. When l called the number that was on my bank account with the charge, it was no longer in service ([redacted]).Desired Settlement: Refund to my bank account.
