Review: After paying for my service I found that the service did not work. I got in contact with the company through there chat function and was told that they could not find out how to get the service to work so would contact the supervisor to process a refund. After multiple chats and phone calls I was told multiple times that the supervisor would be in shortly and would contact me. I never heard from any supervisor and a month later have still not received my refund. I have copies of the chat transcripts that say I would be getting a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like the money I paid for my account to be refunded as the service never worked.

The following customer activated a his phone with a line of service with our company. The customers phone did not work and received no service. Our terms and conditions state there is no refund on airtime purchases. Being the customer was never able to make a phone call, a refund was approved for the customer and it was explained that it would take a while to refund and the information was escalated to our corporate finance department. Due to the special circumstance and the structure of the billing system due to our T and C’s, a manual refund was needed and took time to process. A resolution was made and the refund was issued to the customer credit card as approved. Other Notes: The customers complaint state the date of purchase was on 3/23/2013 it was actually purchased on 5/23/2013. As communicated to the customer, a refund was issued to him and this case was closed. If you have any questions, please let me know,
