Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
With certainty EcoMobile provided contradictory information through the many communications they referenced. It's possible EcoMobile is not at fault, but their conflicting reports do create doubt. Specifically, some days they would claim my number was still under their purview while other days they'd tell me it was already ported out. [redacted] claims they received word from EcoMobile that on 9-18-2017 that EcoMobile canceled my line, before they completed the port. If true, this puts all the blame on EcoMobile. EcoMobile claims that they cleanly completed the port. Either way this consequently has resulted in my number being unavailable to both companies. Both companies claim that it was not their fault. Both companies claim it was the fault of the other company. Both companies tell me that there's nothing more they can do despite telling me that I did nothing wrong. At this point I need to move on and get a new number. So we can conclude this matter despite nontrivial damages in the form of extreme personal inconvenience and the inability for the complaint to be resolved.
Signed,
[redacted]

Hello [redacted],Our underlying carrier [redacted], along with [redacted]'s underlying carrier AT&T has been reviewing this issue and have been working on this with each other along with the national porting center. and we just received word from the carriers that they have "undone" this original porting request and now the number belongs in our system again. I have confirmed I can now access the number again. [redacted] informed [redacted] to attempt the port over again. We are waiting and watching for this request again, once received will will attempt to port out. Hopefully it goes over without any issue this time. Thank you[redacted]EcoMobile Support

Hello [redacted],Per many conversation with you, we have already received your initial PORT out request and already confirmed it and released the number on 9/18/17 and shows disconnected in our system, your mobile number/service is no longer with ECO Mobile, The number belongs with [redacted] and...

they own control of your number. Any Service interruption needs to be resolved with [redacted] as they are your new service provider. You are repeatedly attempting to resend a port out request and Yes are customer service team is correct in stating that we are not receiving it because we don't have your number as it was already released on 9/18, so the request will never reach us anymore. If [redacted] is continuing to sending a port out request after 9/18/2017, it is not going to ECO Mobile[redacted] the underlying carrier for [redacted] and our underlying carrier have spoken also and trying to resolve and we have confirmed that the number ported out and we are not receiving any subsequent request port out. As for our perspective we don't own or control your number, as I shows ported our on 9/18 to [redacted]/AT&T. It appears to there is some sort of provisioning issue on [redacted] side. We want to help but our hands our tied as we don't control your number, as it was released to [redacted]. As you have stated your are able to make calls with [redacted], this means that [redacted] is controlling your calls in some manner.   Further troubleshooting we attempted to pre-validate if we can PORT IN your number back to ECO Mobile, and the system is telling us "Yes" we can. If the number was still with ECO Mobile, it would tell us "No" as we cannot port a number already in our network. We have escalated the issue again to our underlying carrier to see if there is anything further to assist with or we can do. If there is anything we can do to help, please email us a [email protected]. We are happy to help. Thank you in advance.
