Review: I purchased a cosmetology hair kit w/tote bag supplied by e complete store ($432.62) (Amazon's 3rd party seller) in September for hair school. After going to school for 1 week and using a few of the items for a participation grade, my teacher told me I would not be able to use the kit any longer because of the brands of products that were in the kit and I needed more items. Unfortunately, I had to withdraw from hair school because of that. I returned the kit to e complete after I was forced to withdraw from hair school, which cost me $30.00 I really didn't have. I returned the kit with everything in it that was sent to me. The e complete store manager contacted me by phone as he shouldn't have after an a-z claim was sent out on them by amazon. The a-z claim was sent out because he was not responding to numerous emails & calls concerning my refund. That's when he contacted me, which was out of his boundaries.(stated an amazon representative named [redacted])He was to contact amazon not me, the customer. On the phone he stated that in order to give me a refund, I would have to first take the a-z claim off before he could consult with his manager about a possible refund. He stated that he saw that I did return everything in package neatly that was sent to me in quantity, but he could only give me $100 back out of a $432.62 kit because he could tell some of the items were used. He also stated that they were loosing out on money because they don't sell that many hair kits and he could not re-sell the kit. When I first mentioned refunding him the item, he said that I would get my full refund and I have emails to prove it. I was told to just send the item. Nothing in the hair kit was used to the point where he could not re-sell it. The e complete manager stated that it was used to a point where he could not sell it anymore and that's not true. How could it be?? I used some of the items for a week. He stated, as I said before that they were loosing out on money because they don't sell that many hair kitsDesired Settlement: I want at least $300.00 back of my money because I spent over $400 for a hair kit that I can no longer use. Not only that, I spent $30.00 just to return it to them and they have been giving me the run-around for 3 months since September. I have called amazon I don't know how many times within the 3 months when they first said they would refund me. I spoke with the manager as well at amazon and she said a check should be to my residence by today, December ** 2013. I've been told that since Sept.
