The service order I received isn't even filled out it only states that the gas valve needs replacement a part anyone can purchase online for $I have a sneaky suspicion this company's managers and techs have no clue what's expected of them, or what their doing for that matterI should have already been given a detailed diagnostic last timeTherefore, I will not allow anyone from your company back in my home at this timeAs for my furnace it has worked just fine since the second company put the pieces back together! Today, June 18th *** has contacted Econo Air and has informed us about the "lawn mower" sound coming from the unit after the correct motor has now been installedThere is a scheduled appointment for Wednesday between 9am-11am for a warranty technician to arrive (Chad) to see if he is able to minimize the noise coming from the condenser*** ***'s HVAC unit is the original install unit since with Econo AirPlease note: since install date, *** ***'s first preventative service was done 5/1/on ACNext preventative service done 3/26/on AC and FAUThen, 1/13/on FAUNext, 6/16/on ACThen, 1/12/on FAULastly, 5/31/on ACThat's a total of only preventative service appointments on the AC unit since the install dateLike stated before, the new motor is now installed and *** *** is having cool air at this timeJust to re-cap, *** our warranty tech will be arriving on Wednesday between 9am-11am to confirm if the noise is coming from the new motor installed our a different part of the condenser

Good Morning,No one is asking you to close your complaint until you are satisfied with the outcomeI cannot relinquish any funds until I receive receiptsThe technicians have been disciplined about their actions as this is not proper procedureWe do have a procedure here and do not fly by the seat of our pantsWe have been in business for over years and have over 300,customersYou cannot build that on a shoddy work practiceYou have given us bad reviews on just about every site without waiting for a conclusionNormally a bad review is given if there has been no communication or an outcome cannot be sought so in essence you are looking for retribution not a solutionIf you would please work with us to come to a solution and don't want to do business after that I can understand but you must be able to agree that there are parties in this and we are both not innocentThanks for your time

Issue as of 6/24/has not been resolved on 6/22/*** field supervisor addressed the problem noticed the blades on the fan motor were installed incorrectly and stated the fan motor was defective and needs to order a new motor this would talk a few daysI asked to rush the order since this has been going on for quite a while*** did indicate I would get a full refund for the inconvenience , My issue is that I was not taken seriouslymaybe because I'm a female and don'know what I'm talking aboutI also had mentioned that the name plate on the unit was broken by the original tech *** and that also needs to be replaced. *** ***

Partial rejection I do accept that they will be sending a different tech but if the problem is not the fan motor then the original tech misdiagnosed the problem . I should be penalize for their error. I have been greatly inconvenienced I will see what happens on Wednesday 6/22/16

[redacted] @ Econo-Air contacted me on 6/15/16 @around 4:50 stating he would send a seasoned technician on Friday 6/17/16 between 9&11am. I had previously indicated I did not want [redacted] the original technician to complete the work. [redacted] arrived at the promise time. I was shocked see [redacted] since I had asked for someone else to complete the work. The fan motor sounds like lawn mover & the broken name plate was not replaced instead was installed  any which way. I am very unhappy on handling this problem by Econo-Air  unprofessional.. I purchased the unit in Nov. 2008 & all service & repairs were through them. I want me unit repaired properly. The refund in the amount of$149 is not enough for the addition inconvenience they have caused.
