I would like to take the time to give praise where praise is due. I just picked up my 02 Dakota that was painted by Econo, I have to say.. I am thoroughly satisfied with the transformation! Generally the only comments on here are negative, but you need to keep in mind the thousands of satisfied customers that had their bodywork completed by Econo and just went about their day.... Well.. I am here to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the work you completed for me at a remarkable price. I received more work than anticipated for the price! Sure it's easy to pick someones work apart... But let's face it, I wasn't paying several thousand dollars for a paint job...[redacted] ... Keep up the good work and give the guys a "That a Boy"!!!! FYI, [redacted] is the manager and I'm sorry I didn't get the assistant managers name, but I met them both and the body man from the back. They are nothing short of courteous and professional!! Can't wait to send more work out to you!!

Have taken my car back for re-paints three times and now I have discovered that yet again there is more problems. Apparently they need better people working in the shop area that has 20/20 eye site I am so disgusted with this.

Or something who I dealt with tried to keep my tinted window from door that was replaced Like I was going to allow that Door didn't close well paint very basic Just overall low level work and [redacted] service They act like you as a customer are doing them a favor when they should be appreciative of your business [redacted] I will never return! They are very rude and that's not the half of the whole story And yeah someone's car was stolen from there when my car was there like what kind of business allows that tacky tacky tacky!!

On [redacted] I left my chevy van with [redacted] an employee at Econo Paints. When discussing what I wanted done, [redacted] asked if there was any body work needed? I said "no" just paint. I Then said to [redacted] "please make sure they tape off the bumper grill etc, as I just had all this done;pointing to each area as were walking around the vehicle. He said "yes ma'am, it looks good! On [redacted] I went to pick up my vehicle. My vehicle had been damaged while in their care. When brought to [redacted]'s attention, he immediately asked that I get him the receipt for work done, in regards to what they damaged, he apologized then stated he would reimburse me for said damages. While in route with documentation I received a call from [redacted] with Econo, stating he has to leave. However, the owner is here and will take care of you. Upon arriving with documentation I was greeted by the owner along with two (2) other employees. They all came up with theories as to how the damages occurred. The owner called a parts company, placing the call on speaker, and after asking for my parts, he was told they had my part in chrome. He then began speaking to me, saying he'll put a chrome grille on my vehicle. I said no sir, I'd just had all chrome removed going black around the entire vehicle. He then reiterate he'll replace with "chrome" and they'll put it on. I said you'll have to replace what you damaged and that's a black grille and bumper. I then provided him the documentation of the company who rendered the services to the vehicle and cost. He looked at the documentation and threw it at me saying "I'm not paying $344.00, Take me to court!!! I asked that he not throw anything at me, please. The other two employees chuckled and all were very unprofessional, using extremely rude speech, explicit at times even!!! I continued expressing my concerns, showing the owner the fresh breaks from the grill etc.. After which, one employee said "matter fact you brought it in like that!" I said untrue and you know it!! I'll see you in court!!Product_Or_Service: Vehicle PaintedOrder_Number: WO#XXXXXXDesired SettlementI want Econo to reimburse me for damages incurred to my vehicle while in their possession. I provided the owner with proper dated documentation, including services rendered, cost and company who performed such. The owner knows his company is responsible for said damages. However wanting me to settle for what he willing to compensate me with. The way he spoke to me was so unprofessional! I wouldn't speak to anyone like that, and to allow his employees to conduct themselves in the matter in whichBusiness Response To the Revdex.com.RE: XXXXXXXXPlease be advised that Econo Auto Painting does not want to get into a he said/she said competition With the complainant nor do we want to create ill will with our customers, Our companies position is as follows. The vehicle was brought into our location to be painted, And we were asked not to paint the grill or bumpers because they had been painted flat black. During the process of removing the tape and paper from the vans bumper the tape pulled loose an Epoxied (glued) small piece of the grill. The customer said we created this damage and came back with an inflated estimate $350.00 to replace a $50.00 grill. We offered to do the same at no charge for Her. Our company is offering our customer the following three options to resolve this matter.#1 We will install a new grill at no charge (the fairest of the options)#2 We will refund her $200 cash#3 We will issue her a check for the amount of her estimate approx. $350.00 made out directly To the repair facility she stated she wanted to take it to. The options are given, not as admission of liability but rather for good customer relations. Thank You Econo Auto Painting

Given a total of 1242.57 to have my [redacted] painted and all dents repaired. An additional 100.00 for Leon to tighten the bumper and put in a headlightI took my car to Econo to have all dents repaired, painted, and my bumper fixed. Leon said that he would fix the bumper and put in a headlight for 100.00.[redacted] said that it would be a total of 1242.57 to have the car painted and all the dents repaired. I took my car in on 5/2/2014. I was called on 5/16/2014 to come and pick up my car. When I arrived the bumper was just like it was when I took it in. Leon simply removed the bumper and put the light in, but did not repair the bumper. When I questioned him about it he said that's all he could do. I have before and after pictures and the bumper is exactly the same as when I brought it in. There were several imperfections with the paint job especially on the[redacted] and[redacted] who did the paint job is refusing to redo it. He agreed to redo two small areas where imperfections were found but will not do the[redacted]. I paid what[redacted] said the cost would be for the body work and the paint job and the paint looks like particles are in the paint in the[redacted]. Econo has poor/unethical business practices. I paid half of the cost upfront and waiting for them to finish my car. I had a friend to stop by and look at the paint job on the car and he asked[redacted] about Econo repainting the[redacted] and she replied that I would just gave to live with it. I would not recommend anyone to take their car to Econo Desired SettlementI would like to have my car painted without all the imperfections especially on the hood, my bumper repaired properly and all the dents repaired. The bumper and the hood does not line up. Leon did not properly aligned the bumper so that the hood lay on the bumper as it should. I would like to get the service I paid for that's written on my receipt. Business Response Based on a conversation the Revdex.com had with the company, the company states that per the invoice the consumer was not charged for the services that she is requesting in her desired resolution and the services were not rendered by their company. The company states that the consumer car was painted twice by them. The company states they are not in any fault. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This is not the original receipt. I have another receipt that I will provide so that evidence will show that this was not what was on the original receipt. This is the reason that Econo has waited an extended amount of time hoping that I no longer have the original receipt. Econo did not uphold their end of the agreement and that's one of the reason Econo does not accept checks. This will allow customers to have a paper trail. Final Business Response
