If I could give them NO stars I would. I took my truck there to get painted and should have known the price was to good to be true! I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday at 8am and came back on Friday at 4pm to pick it up only to find issues with the paint job. They also never told me the price didn't include clear coat. I asked them to fix the issues which would then leave me without a truck until Tuesday of following week. Get a call Tuesday that a piece of tape fell off and messed up the clear coat that I added since they had to fix the blemish in the tailgate. So now I am being told my truck won't be ready till Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and still not ready. I finally get the okay to pick up on Thursday (over a week later) and the paint job is worse than before and even worse than when I first left it. There is dirt imbedded in the clear coat, paint already chipping, they broke my hood bug guard and didn't even tell me but found broken pieces in my backseat, left a nasty used hose in the bed of my truck, didn't even remove all the masking tape and paper, had paint on my door panels and dash, and looked like my hood and truck had tiny dents all over. At this point I want my money back which I am still fighting as I refuse to leave my truck again so they can mess it up some more. DON'T GO THERE EVER! The pictures attached are just some of the damage.

The old saying, you get what you pay for is very true in this instanceMy biggest beef was the dishonestyI knew it would not be the best paint job for the price (I only had my roof an hood done) and they actually matched the color very wellHowever, even when I picked the truck up, all they told me was "don't wash it for days and wax it within the next 30) So I assumed all was good (just looked briefly before driving it off) but I got home and looked and there were bubble on the hood, I took it back to them and they said "you must take it and have it wet sanded and buffed and we don't do that" They never said I would now have to take it somewhere else after taking it thereWhen I asked them "why didn't you tell me that before, during or even when I picked this up?" He said, "We are told never to tell people that it will need to be completed somewhere elseI am a former soldier and just do what I'm told"It is astounding that it was so easy to lie right from the beginningI would have GLADLY paid and extra 150-just to have the work completed (with no bubbles) by one shop had I been explained that from the start

The absolute worst experience ever. Starting with the paint job, which was the wrong shade and unprofessionally completed to the paint peeling off after only 10 months. When contacted, the manager at the Florida Avenue location, Mark, said he couldn't fix it without the right color invoice, my copy was white, not his preferred choice of color. I then contacted the Divisional Manager, [redacted], who I had communicated with regarding the initial paint problems when first painted. He explained that the one year warranty on painting was "pro-rated", even though there is NO mention of the warranty being pro-rated on the paperwork. I not wanting to give one more dime to Econo for their lackluster workmanship, said I wasn't going to pay for a part of a repair that is totally Econo's fault and responsibility!!! That would be ridiculous...Econo making more money off of their customer for their substandard work. Word of advice, stay away from ECONO Auto Painting!

I heard that Econo in Longwood, FL did good paint jobs. No body work was required. The existing paint was tired, had some cracks and a few bubbles in paint.
When I picked up car from Econo it looked good except for overspray.
The car went to shop for new weatherstripping, carpet and seats. Before they could finish, the paint started to bubble. Took it back to Econo. The manager was not happy. A few days later Econo said come pick it up. I was out of town so the shop picked it up to finish interior. When they got there, there was still bubbles in paint. A week later come and get it. The shop picked it up but the new carpet, seats, panels, glass were dirty , soiled and a lot of overspray. Overspray on exterior also. The guys at the shop are very upset because when it went back to Econo they had plastic on seats and cover over new carpets. Nothing fron Econo
I can not recommend Econo on 17-92 in Longwood to anyone
