On 07/05/ [redacted] came to Econo Auto Sales with interest in purchasing a vehicle. She wanted to trade in her [redacted] because it was in bad condition. We allowed her to choose a vehicle and she chose the [redacted] .Once she chose a vehicle of her liking we proceeded to do her paperwork. After completing all of the paperwork, we accepted her trade and waited for her to find full coverage insurance. The customer could not afford full coverage insurance. She became very irate and spastic. She ran out the door and used her spare key to start her [redacted] , and sped off of the lot.We have not heard from the customer since 07/05/2017.The title is in our possession, but has not been processed or tampered with it since we have received itIt retains all of the same information it had on 07/05/ Resolution: We would be glad to schedule a time for the customer to pick up the title to her vehicle

Vehicle purchased: 07/27/Emissions needed to be done by: 08/01/Vehicle needed to be brought in to our repair facility with emissions report by: 08/01/If the vehicle was brought in 08/01/a repair or repurchase decision could have been made by: 08/04/Econo Auto Sales takes pride in servicing and inspecting our vehicles prior to saleThe customer has only business days beginning the day after they took possession of the vehicle to bring the vehicle back to the dealer for repairs or repurchase if it fails emissionsEcono Auto Sales is required by law to repair, pay a third party to repair, or repurchase a failed vehicle if it fails emissionsWe will notify the consumer which of these three options we have chosen within three business days after the vehicle has been returned to the dealershipIf the customer does not return a failed vehicle within the initial 3-day time period the dealer will be relieved of any further responsibility to repair or repurchase the vehicle for compliance with the emissions programAt no time has Econo Auto Sales refused to assist this customerThe customer’s cooperation is pertinent to the decisions Econo Auto Sale makes when considering repair/repurchase of the vehicleUnfortunately, the customer neglected her responsibility to take the vehicle to emissions within a reasonable time frameMonths later she may or may not have taken the vehicle for emissions but she contacted the dealership about her concerns and it was simply explained to her that common reasons for emissions failure are as follows: catalytic converters, air injection systems, oxygen sensors and the most common, gas capsGas caps are an essential part of the vehicle’s emissions control systemA missing or leaking gas cap can cause the vehicle to fail an emissions testEmissions facilities require a full retest when the vehicle fails for a missing or defective gas capToday’s date is 10/26/and the customer has yet to bring in the emissions inspection report or the vehicleAgain, we would be glad to come to a resolution but the customer’s cooperation is required

econo has picked up the car for servicing it and I haven't heard a response back from them I couldn't get a emissions test on 8/01/It wouldn't pass and it wasn't a fuel cap that is causing the problem it leaks gas every where and I wasn't told in August that I had to take the car to their facility until I made a complaintI work jobs two are full time and one is part and I have left messages and personally talked to [redacted] so what they say are lies after trying to resolve this issue [redacted] asked for a payment when I know I'm not obligated to pay if the car isn't safe to driveI have no problem paying for vehicle but it has been a hard time since I been renting a vehicle for over a month nowI just want the vehicle fixed so I can pay them the car payment so I can have a reliable vehicle from a dealership I thought I could trustbut I still haven't heard what is wrong with the vehicle when it was picked up Thursday morning if it was a simple fix then why haven't I heard anything yet Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] ***

On or about April 4, 2014 I made a down payment of the sum of Eighteen Hundred (1800)Dollars for the financing of a 2005 [redacted] from, Econo Auto Sales Located at: [redacted], Arizona.
On or about April 10, 2014. I went to the [redacted] ([redacted]) in [redacted] City, Arizona. To have the [redacted] inspected and registered. The [redacted] informed me that the Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) did not match the vehicle, and that the [redacted] will not issue the vehicle a registration.
After leaving the [redacted] I immediately took the paper work to Econo Auto Sales, a women worker there by the name of [redacted], took the paperwork and said that she would take care of the problem.
On April 14, 2014 a Tow Truck who said that he was from Econo Auto Sales, backed his tow truck up into my drive way and began hooking my car up to it, the driver was very rude, and made violent and threatening remarks toward me, he threatened to run over my four (4) year old son, as well as kill my fiancé, he would not allow us to remove any of my personal belonging out of the car, or he would threaten to physically hurt us, if we didn’t get away from my car. He didn’t have any paperwork with him so I contacted the [redacted] City Police. He had left before they arrived.
Once the officer arrived, he took my complaint and basically said there was nothing he could do, he told us to file with small claims. After the officer left, I went to Econo Auto Sales to retrieve my personal property. Once arriving the people there would not allow me to retrieve my children’s car seats, and also threatened me and my fiancé with violence. We were able to get my belongings.
The reason I am filing this complaint is because I have reason to believe that Econo Auto Sales is selling stolen motor vehicles and preying on people like me with little income, and one who is working very hard to provide a good wholesome life for my two (2) young boys. I have seen illegal aliens at Econo Auto Sales who were customers be threatened that should they contact the police that they will be deported.
