Please accept my sincerest apologies for the lack of customer service you received during a recent visit to our EconoLodge-Bowling Green property
During a recent lobby fire the telephone and internet lines to several of our guest rooms were damaged and are in the process of
being replaced during renovations. The pool however, could not be opened this season due to a leak that requires extensive repair. We have notified the third party booking sites of these issues but not all sites have updated their information. We understand the absence of these amenities pose a great inconvenience to our guests. I sincerely apologize that the front desk was not more sympathetic to your needs. I can assure you that any and all charges made to your credit card account have been reversed
