This letter is in regards to complaint ***We were unaware of the guest's situationWe rent many rooms each evening and strive for excellent customer serviceAs well as having strict regulation regarding cleanliness monitored by EconolodgeWe have exterior corridor and are required to have
pest control inspections on a routine basis in order to prevent issues as suchWe have rented room numerous times after and have not had complaints similar to those as reported by Mr*** if our guest notified the front desk of the issues, we would have immediately transferred him to a room of his satisfactionWe have placed room *** unrentable until it was inspected to prevent issues as such for future guestsWe have also rented the room numerous times and have not had any report issues regarding the guest complaintsThank you for your timePlease notify me if you have any further questions and do not hesitate to contact me
